- Deployment of the wrong product.
- કોઈ પ્રોડક્ટ ગાયબ (Missing) હોય.
- कोई उत्पाद गायब (Missing) हो।
- Missing items from your order.
- પેકેજિંગમાં લીકેજ (Leakage) હોય.
- पैकेजिंग में रिसाव (Leakage) हो।
- Package leakage or compromised integrity.

4. Non-Refundable Items
વર્મીકમ્પોસ્ટ, બાયોફર્ટિલાઇઝર, ટ્રાઇકોડર્મા, લિક્વિડ ફર્ટિલાઇઝર અને તમામ ઓર્ગેનિક ઇનપુટ્સ એકવાર ખોલ્યા પછી રીટર્ન કરી શકાશે નહીં.
वर्मीकम्पोस्ट, बायोफर्टिलाइजर, ट्राइकोडर्मा, लिक्विड फर्टिलाइजर और सभी जैविक इनपुट एक बार खोलने के बाद वापस नहीं किए जा सकते।
Products like Vermicompost, Biofertilizers, Trichoderma, Liquid Fertilizers, and all other organic inputs cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

જો પ્રોડક્ટ સ્ટોકમાં હશે તો અમે તેને ફ્રીમાં બદલી આપીશું. જો સ્ટોક ન હોય, તો તમને આખો રીફંડ મળશે.
यदि उत्पाद स्टॉक में है तो हम उसे मुफ्त में बदल देंगे। यदि स्टॉक नहीं है, तो आपको पूरा रिफंड मिलेगा।
We will replace any defective item free of cost if in stock. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.

रिटर्न आइटम मिलने और जांचने के बाद, हम ५ से ७ कार्य दिवसों में आपका रिफंड आपके मूल भुगतान तरीके में जमा कर देंगे।
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
